I went there without much expectations and I've decided to let the team to do whatever needed on my hair. My hair stylist - Nicole was a friendly and bubbly girl, she showed me the colour chart and explain to me that they will use Aveda hair dye which is 93% plant and only 7% chemical.
I've decided to go even blonder on my existing tri-tone ombre and let Nicole choose all the colours for me. So here we go!

This treatment consists on 2 part - first they will apply the serum then finish it off with cream based. No heat is needed during this process. I went for a quick wash and voila! My hair is so smooth and soft again, I was so happy and excited I keep telling that to Nicole. I'm so satisfied with the results.

What I love about this place
Environment - It does not smell like your usual salon with the chemical smell, it is really relaxing with the lavender aroma therapy and soft music. It feels more like going for a facial instead.
Beverage they served - For a tea lover, this is another plus point. They serve really good herbs tea, it is not your normal Chinese tea leaves.
Friendly staff - Nicole and her colleagues are really friendly and they will chit chat with you while you do your hair. It was definitely a stress-free environment.
Products they used - Aveda uses up to 99% naturally derived with a signature blend of protective plant oils including sunflower, castor and jojoba oils infusing the hair for more damage-free results.
Results - Love it big time! A lot of people have commented that they love the highlight and soft ombre from dark to light. It is definitely much softer compared to my tri-tone hair makeover. Nicole did with it with her hands. I must really praise her patience level as my hair is really long and thick.
